The Write the Laws Act (WTLA)

Senator Rand Paul has introduced the Write the Laws Act in the Senate. The bill number is S. 84.

WTLA requires Congress to debate and vote on every regulation created by Executive Branch bureaucrats.

Congress cannot delegate this power. WTLA also instructs courts that they cannot enforce any regulation passed in violation of these requirements.
