The following are the bills the House and Senate passed last month. The bills were passed by voice vote except where indicated. Roll call votes for the House are found here, and for the Senate here. Church Plan Investment Clarification Act: Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs was discharged from further consideration of H.R. 33, to amend the Securities Act of 1933 to specify when certain securities issued in connection with church plans are treated as exempted securities for purposes of that Act, and the bill was then passed. 4 pages

Pilot's Bill of Rights: Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation was discharged from further consideration of S. 1335, to amend title 49, United States Code, to provide rights for pilots, and the bill was then passed, 16 pages
