North Korean yapping dog barks twice. One bark matters, the other doesn’t. Can you tell the difference?

Answer: The North Korean overture matters more than Kim’s tiny button. If you agree with the letter we’ve written to Congress and the President below then please send it, or revise it to suit your needs. – By Perry Willis & Jim Babka, Wednesday, 1/3/18

Ignore one North Korean statement and embrace the other
Embrace Kim’s request for talks. Ignore his little button.

North Korea is a yapping little dog that wants the big dog (the U.S.) to think it's fierce. So President Trump was correct to point out that his own nuclear button is bigger than Kim’s nuclear button. Ignore Kim’s posturing. Focus instead on Kim’s other statement which offered talks about opening a border communications channel and participating in the Olympics. That’s the statement that really matters. It could be the “ping-pong diplomacy” opening we need to foster peace. We need more cultural engagement and less military isolationism.
