Cosponsor HR 975
I want you to obey your constitutional oath of office by cosponsoring the Respect State Marijuana Laws Act.

The Ninth Amendment protects a presumption of liberty for the American people. Each individual should be free to do as he or she chooses provided that the chosen action does not aggress against others. Federal marijuana laws violate the Ninth Amendment and must be repealed. Barring that you must take steps to obey the Tenth Amendment with regard to marijuana. The Tenth Amendment restricts federal powers to only those enumerated in the Constitution. There is no enumerated power to control marijuana consumption or the use of any other substance. You can take a huge step in the direction of constitutional integrity by co-sponsoring HR 975. This simple yet powerful bill says that the cannabis provisions of the Controlled Substances Act "shall not apply to any person acting in compliance with State laws relating to the production, possession, distribution, dispensation, administration, or delivery of marijuana."
