Spank the Senators who voted to end Rand Paul’s filibuster against warrantless spying

60 Senators just voted to commit a crime, against both you and the Constitution. They did this by ending Rand Paul’s filibuster against the FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017. This bill will…

  • Renew Section 702 for six years, thereby allowing The State to continue collecting all of your electronic communications
  • Allow the FBI to access your information for domestic investigations that have nothing to do with foreign threats
  • Permit the NSA to do searches that simply reference a foreign target, not just communications between foreign targets.

Check to see how your Senators voted. We’ve listed them by state, below. Yea votes are bad, nay votes good. Then…

Send a message thanking those who voted against ending Rand Paul’s filibuster, and spanking those who voted in favor of doing so. You will need to put in your own language for this purpose in the editable section. – Perry Willis & Jim Babka, Wednesday, 1/17/18

I'm angry at the Senators who are supporting FISA Amendments Reauthorization Act of 2017
This violates both the Constitution and me.

I reject the renewal of Section 702. I do not want you to "inadvertently" (while spying on foreigners) collect ALL of my electronic communications (which you're almost certainly doing). I’m also furious that this bill allows the FBI to access my information (which you obtained without a warrant) for domestic investigations that have nothing to do with foreign threats.
